Terms and conditions:

• Gift vouchers must be paid for in full at time of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• To redeem a voucher, bookings are to be made direct with Tin Can Bay Tourist Park. Vouchers are not valid for bookings made via travel agents or third party online travel websites.
• Vouchers may be redeemed online towards any accommodation, caravan/camping sites or packages. Minimum stays may apply.
• The voucher does not provide a guarantee of availability or rate.
• The value of the voucher may be used in part or in full. If your purchase(s) exceeds the amount of the voucher, you must contribute the difference in value at the time of booking.
• The voucher may not be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed it cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Some special offers are not able to be cancelled or changed. Please refer to the cancellation policy specific to your reservation which will be provided on booking.
